If you are not in the suite, ready to be waxed within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, you may be asked to reschedule. Sometimes we may run behind due to previous appointments being late or simply more difficult services. We put a lot of thought into the timing we allow for each service but sometimes things go longer than expected. If we are late for you, please understand we try our best to be considerate of your time and understand our delays can be frustrating.
If you need to cancel, please notify us by text within 24 hours of your appointment time. You may also reschedule online.
We ask that if you must cancel, give us plenty of notice so we can try to fill that booking with another service.
If you give less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
If you give zero notice, you will be charged the full service amount.
If you no show (without any notice) 3 times, you will be charged and prevented from scheduling in the future.
This is especially hard on small businesses as we only thrive when you show up.
Accidents happen but we can not allow for multiple no shows as it hurts out business and prevents others from getting serviced.

Pro Tip: Some women tuck the string of a tampon in, in order to prevent wax from getting on it and potentially being tugged with the pulls. (no, we've never removed one this way, but its always better to play it safe)

In order to fill the slot you are no longer taking, we require 24 hour notice for zero charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
